An audience discussion on: What Went Wrong With the Project, and What Would You have Done If You Were the Project Director
Presenter Bio: Uri Galimidi, MSc., MBA
Uri has spent most of his career in senior management consulting positions including Partner with Accenture in South Africa, VP with Oracle in the USA, and Senior VP with PwC in Canada.
In these positions Uri worked with CEO’s and their teams to develop business strategies and implement business transformation projects.
In recent years Uri transitioned from active consulting to Career Coaching and Leadership Development.
Uri earned his MSc in Bio-Medical Engineering and his MBA in South Africa. He holds a PMP certification from the PMI, and a Coaching Certification from the International Coach Federation.
