2020 Open House - Corporate Exhibit Registration
We invite our local corporate and government organizations to our 2020 Annual Open House. For the past 4 years the open house has been a great success. We have got great response and feedback from our community and partners.
At Project Management Institute Northern Alberta Chapter (“PMINAC”), we are organizing an Open House for the Project Management community in Edmonton on Wednesday, February 12, 2020. PMINAC is a leading advocate of the project management profession in Northern Alberta and has over 1,842 members from varied industries.
This year our Open House exhibits booths for our sponsors, recruiters and organizations for the benefit of all. It is a great platform for students, young professionals, academia, and experienced professionals to connect, network and build new connections and bridges to advance your careers.
If your organization has a value proposition for the Project Management community in Edmonton, you may want to consider this opportunity to set up an exhibit table at our Open House on February 12. Our conservative estimate is to have at least 150 attendees at the event. We have a limited number of exhibit tables on a first-come-first-serve basis.
In addition, there is also an option for organizations to present (Maximum 10 mins presentation) their corporate profile. Please refer to the table below for details.
If you are a recruitment specialist, and would like to participate in a panel discussion, please check the appropriate box. The facilitator will engage the panelists in discussions on how attendees can enjoy better job prospects, especially in challenging economic times and how job aspirants can stand out in the crowd. The discussion will be followed by a Q&A session. We do have limited room for 4 panelists and the organizing committee will communicate the decision, in case there are more applicants than the allotted space. There is no additional cost to be a panelist.
Please do let us know of your interest at setting up a table at the open house by Friday, February 10, 2020. We are be happy to assist you with any questions you may have regarding our event. If you’d like to support PMINAC, we will be delighted to send you our sponsorship package for 2020.
Snacks and refreshments will be provided at the event.
