Topic: Broaden Your Career Horizon

Synopsis: Have you ever wondered why some professionals can jump from one domain to another easily? Some can even get promoted to a very different function? In this speech, Eunice Yin will discuss with you who can broaden your career; and how to broaden your career horizons. Eunice will use her own work experience and personal stories to exchange her thoughts with you

Presenter Bio: Eunice Yin is leading the Enbridge Liquid Pipeline (LP) Facility Integrity systems to provide strategic planning of the integrity programs, enhance tools to empower better program execution, and improve the overall LP leak performance. Eunice is the chair of the multiple-functional Leak Reduction Team cross six (6) VP areas in Enbridge Liquid Pipeline. Prior to this, Eunice Yin oversaw the $300MM annual Pipeline Integrity mitigation programs. Over the past 20 years, Eunice Yin has held various leadership and technical positions in pipeline reliability, machine learning, advanced analytics, industrial optimization, and commercial integration. She studied Automation in her under-graduate program. Eunice also holds M.Sc. degree in Industry Engineering and Engineering Management, and M.Sc. degree in Computing Science.

In her spare time, Eunice is well known in her public speaking engagement. In September 2019, Eunice was invited as an industry panel speaker to ASME Robotics for Inspection and Maintenance conference. In the same month, Eunice also delivered a speech on “Broaden Your Career Horizons” at Women In Engineering conference. Eunice served as emcee in Canadian Coalition of Women in Engineering, Science, Trade and Technology (CCWESTT) conference in 2018.
