Synopsis: This session explores the principles of positive psychology and its practical implementation in project management, as well as useful tips to develop strategies that promote positive leadership and develop high performance teams in order to achieve extraordinary results in organizations.

Miguel Cotrina
Miguel Cotrina is a System Engineer with specialty in Project Management, Information Technology, Software Engineering and Cloud Computing, with more than 11 years of experience. He got his Masters degree in Project Management at the University of Maryland (USA), and is certified in Computer Science by MIT, Stanford University and Berkeley, currently studying a professional specialization in Data Science at Harvard University. He has a specialization in Leadership for Engineers at Delf University of Technology (The Netherlands), and in Positive Psychology at the University of North Carolina (USA). He is also a grantee of the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship. Miguel is President at PMI® North, Peru Chapter, Graduate School Coordinator at the Universidad Privada del Norte, and CEO and Project Manager at Daccos.
