Topic – Effective Meeting Management: An Interactive Session

“When leaders know how to lead great meetings, there's less time wasted and less frustration. We have more energy to do the work that matters, realize our full potential, and do great things.”

- Justin Rosenstein (Co-founder of Asana)

In this interactive session, via group exercises & PowerPoint presentation, we will cover:

  • 8 interesting statistics on meetings.
  • Types of project meetings.
  • Characteristics of effective & ineffective meetings.
  • 5 steps for effective meeting management.
  • 7 tips from Toastmasters.

And finally we will apply the above to review a sample meeting.
