Topic: Adapting your Project Management Style for the project and the organization

Summary:

No organization today can survive without projects. Projects are the engines for change, innovation and growth. However, in spite of their importance, most projects don’t meet their time and budget goals and many don’t deliver their expected business returns.

This presentation examines how the style of Project Management must be matched to the project and the organization to optimize the delivery of the projects, operational and strategic goals for the organization.

Time: 12:00pm - 1:30pm
