Topic Title:  Being Predictable - A Credibility Issue to Resolve

Statistically, we are terrible at delivering projects on time and on budget.  The best organizations deliver 64% of their projects on time and 67% of high maturity organizations deliver on budget.   The reason we are hired as project managers is to deliver on time and on budget - to be predictable.  This talk will focus on three things we can do to improve our ability to control our projects and to predict completion dates and final costs.
