2018 November Dinner Meeting

We have reduced our price for the classic PMINAC Dinner Meeting! Join us for a presentation from a high profile speakers and buffet dinner for as little as $30!

TOPIC:  Looking Through The Relational Lens of Stakeholder Influence

  • How do you get that person who always misses deadlines to deliver on time?
  • How do you engage the stakeholder who is always too busy to attend project meetings?
  • How do you support the project leads who have to manage upwards to get resources and commitment?
  • How do you get that Executive sponsor truly onboard?
Managing projects, whatever size, is all about relationships.  That’s your job – to cajole, to bribe, to plead, to demand – or is there perhaps another way?!  In this evening’s presentation we will explore what true influence looks like, four relational patterns that get in the way of building healthy, effective relationships, and tips on how to hold people respectfully accountable.
