Topic: Leadership From “The Stump” (from the what’s to the how to’s)

Practical and proven leadership and management tools and techniques that work in the boardroom, war room, or lunch room regardless if on a project or in a portfolio.

It has been stated that bad leadership or management is easy. Good leadership or management is hard. Project or Portfolio success depends on people, their visible engagement, shared understanding, commitment at all levels, and a large dose of enthusiasm and energy. The what's, the what not's and the how to's.

PRESENTERStefan Demharter, AScT, PMP

Demharter Photo 2016Stefan Demharter recently retired as VP of Wood Products, Millar Western Forest Products Ltd.
He is an Applied Science Technologist (AScT) with a Diploma of Technology in Wood Products and Project Management Professional (PMP) by education and training. He has 35 years of experience with 29 years leading or managing portfolios and large projects in BC, Manitoba, and Alberta.
