TOPIC: Schedule Imaging – Train Your Brain to Conquer Complex Schedules
Complex schedule, resources, predecessors, schedule level (4 or 7?!), control and efficiency, race against time… These are the realities we, as professionals, have to face on a daily basis. How are we training our brains to face complexities of 3,000 to 40,000 tasks schedules. Is the Schedule Controller acknowledging all the potential pitfalls of complex schedules? If not who does?!
This session will introduce you on how to devise a simplified time perception and how to obtain hands on method to visualize complex schedules. Also, you will be introduced to the Golden Rule of Time which will help you embed healthy time division habits in your professional and personal life.

Presenter Bio:
Diana is a change and operational management professional consultant and CPD sessions developer and trainer with a progressive career established in both private and public sectors. Her latest goal is to also publish a book about lessons learned in over two decades dedicated to project management in engineering.
Hands-on expertise in Project and Engineering Management, Construction, Controls and Procurement of projects varying in size and application, from sustainability/maintenance to major projects, has been based on a continuous personal focus on best practices, quality, safety and systems/processes optimization and communication.
Diana is an established professional who, throughout her career, has demonstrated a strong team oriented culture. She brings to her Clients a well-rounded background of management and teaching experience as an employee, independent consultant, professional development trainer and business owner.
