Title:  Will my Project Succeed? Early Calculation of FEL and TDI Scores

Description:

According to IPA, Independent Project Analysis, Inc., the two key predictors of project success are the FEL score and the TDI score. FEL score stands for Front End Loading, and the TDI score stands for Team
Development Index. While the FEL score assesses the level of accuracy of the project scope, the TDI score assesses the level of readiness of the project team to execute said scope. With these scores you can predict the success of your project, and prepare for battle. This session will cover: (1) the varied definitions of project success, (2) how to roughly calculate FEL and TDI, and (3) examples of how the value of FEL and TDI can influence project success.
